13 properties worth 3.6 million for ?
What i am looking for with this post is interest or may be interested people depending on further details
I have been offered a package deal from an investment group (myrtle beach). However I am looking to only broker the deal.
The details are sketchy at the moment and i am requesting more details.
However wanted to get started putting this out there asap.
The 13 properties are a mix of multiple units and single units.
We have worked the comps on the properties and our preliminary numbers come out to 3.6 million. We were told to make an offer... We did for 2.2mil
Waiting to hear back from the group as i write this.
Myrtle Beach and the Longs/ little river area are one of the fastest growing areas in the country at the moment
Would any be interested in looking further into this deal and or getting updates as we move/push forward?
