Wanted: Looking to higher a part time assistant in San Antonio TX
I'm looking for a part time assistant in San Antonio.
It would initially start at 6 hours per week.
Job entails:
1. visiting rehab projects. I have rehab contractors in place but I need someone to be my eyes and ears over these projects.
2. should be comfortable with smart phones
Opportunity to learn on the job and grow in the REI investing business while being paid. No real estate experience needed but you should eager to learn the business.
Pay will probably be around $ 10-15/hour depending on experience.
Potential opportunity to partner on future deals.
