Indianapolis REO's

I have several REO properties like this one located in Indianapolis. Here is an example of one. We have walked through the properties to get a rough estimate of what the rehab costs will be. We have the rehab team already in place and they will renovate the property.

These are not junk properties. You could either buy and hold with strong cash flow. Or you could flip and sell to a retail buyer. Let me know if you are interested.

@Aristotle Kumpis I'm not understanding what you wrote. So if I'm a local investor you won't send me your deals?
