This is a deal in the historical neighborhood of "Fletcher Place" in Indianapolis, IN.
Status
I am under contract with the seller and am able to rent it from him until the deal closes.
Comparable Sales
If I were to use the price per sq ft method of comparable sales in the last 60 days this house should be worth $285,000.00. I have the opportunity to buy it for much much less. At $100,000.00 the house needs $20,000 in siding drywall fixtures and garage rehab to be in retail condition.
