Looking For Lender

Hey Bigger Pockets,

I am really close to getting a property under contract to fix and flip. The property is in a rural area just outside of Kansas City Mo. I am having a hard time finding a hard money lender that will lend on property outside of the KC metro area. Does anybody have any ideas? Thanks
