Seeking rehabs in Chicago

Hello investors!

I have a colleague that is looking to expand from south loop to 64th, so neighborhoods include, but are not limited to: Bronzeville, Pilsen, Beverly, Humbolt Park, South Loop, Hyde Park...to quote: "just send as many as we can find...2 units that are cheap 10-14k or 10-50 units...rehabbed and rented and vacant that need work."

Please let me know if you have anything that is in the ballpark, and we'll go from there.

Happy Investing!

Mike Nickles
