I live and work in Mt. Pleasant, but I grew up in Charleston.  I know several areas in and around Charleston, some better than others.  These areas included: Mt. Pleasant, Charleston, West Ashley, James Island, and some of Johns and Daniel Island.  I personally have my own investment property that cash flows about $500 a month, and I'm looking to add a property a year for as long as I can sustain this model.
