In looking for a Cash Loan fast.
I'm trying to buy a triplex a few doors down from the one I currently own. It's Bank owned and selling it on an online auction site that is a cash only deal. Recent sales for this same triplex are around 170,000 - 190,000. I think it will go for 125000. I've driven by it a few times and there are Tenants living in it. I'm looking for a short wen loan please email me for details.
