Presenting Two Cash-Flowing Duplexes in Milwaukee WI
Hello Community,
Although I am not new to Real Estate, I am new to Bigger Pockets. I have only heard great things about the community through my local REIA, and I wanted to reach out to contact other investors on here. Currently we are coming across multiple properties each month that we are looking to refer or wholesale out to other investors. As an example of the type of stuff we come across, here are two properties that are in great condition, no updates needed, fully rented month-to-month, and will cash flow for big returns. I am including links to more information about each property.
Is there any other information that you would want to know about the properties if you were interested? Is there any type of format in which you Bigger Pockets users like to see the information presented? Would you consider these to be good deals, and why or why not?

Not a good deal for myself or current clients.
Reason -> location...location in Class d area of Milwaukee county
