Looking to get started!
Hello everyone!
I am trying to get started, I have found many deals but I will need hard money or some kind of investors help.
I have never bought a house, I own a pyrotechnics display company that is doing really well but all my personal capital is tied up in it.
All my deals I have found are 50k and below.
