My name is Michael James Clark III, I am a United States Army Sergeant station at Fort Bliss, Texas. I am 25yrs old with a moderate knowledge of real estate, but I am thirsty for more and looking for a successful mentor who can help guide and mold me into becoming a successful entrepreneur and business owner.

Good for you in your pursuit of Real Estate freedom!  I remember when I got out of the military, I was 25, and asking the VERY SAME Question!

The good news is that in this technological world; we have podcasts, blogs, YouTube and other methods for you to learn the ins and outs of sales. 

Personally, I think you should focus on Sales Skills for Real Estate Investors first, you will live or die on your ability to use sales skills in your practice!
