2-8 Millon INVESTOR
Guys, i have sent some tapes from some of you yet its not what my investors are really looking for. They are in need of 2-8 million in assets that are 1st and 2nd lien, performing or non-performing with BPO of 50-120k each. It should not be a pool that is one location but a pool of properties in many different locations around the states. IF my investors likes it takes 10 days to turnaround and fund as well as continuous buying.
