Hi my name is Jean with Seide Equity Group. I am currently seeking general contractors in the Nassau and Suffolk county area who are willing to partner up with us in evaluating distressed properties.

Responsibilities include;

Assessing repairs and upgrades that are needed for the property to be in resalable condition in regards to ARV.

Checking out the major systems to ensure that it is not a total tear-down and also taking quality pictures for us to view as well.

An evaluation report will be needed in order for us to make a prudent investment decision to increase margins.

Compensation will be 30% of the total spread after fees.

$50,000 x .20 = $10,000 in your pockets for a couple of hours of work.

All marketing, sales and negotiations will be done by our team of experts in their profession.
