Flip in Long Island, NY
Good afternoon,
A house that I have been watching for quite some time is in long Island auction. The property is located in a great location, I am looking for someone to partner with me in flipping this house. Current auction price is $174K it went down in price, since the last time they put it up in the auction. the prices in that area is in 390K and above. Outside of the house looks great, I am unsure what the inside looks like. My husband is a licensed contractor, we are willing to put in sweat equity into this deal.
This is my first time doing something like this and i don't know how to get financing for an auctioned house. I know that I need all cash to get this deal, which my husband and currently don't have.
