I'm looking for advice on Investment financing i have the capitol to pay cash for a property but my capitol wont last long doing that and i find my self a little credit challenged at the moment so i'm working on cleaning up my credit more, and building my business credit also, are there any lenders out there that will work around this or are there any strategies i can incorporate.
