Legitimate lender needed in NV. $200,000

We are still seeking a lender either pirvate or conventional to help with expanding a busines.  Captiol will be used to upgrade equipment to keep up with orders and move the business into a more suitable manufacturing facility in the Las Vegas area.  New facility will be partially owned by business and part of a larger development project in the Las Vegas area.  Owner willing to give personal guarantee for funds.
