Looking for an apple orchard!
Hello everyone! I have a unique opportunity down here in DC and I am seeking an apple orchard with 5-10 acres of existing apple orchards on about 25-30 acres of land (for future expansion). Preferably the land would be in Central PA, but I would also consider VA or Maryland. Apple orchard doesn't need to be maintained and can have existing buildings/barns on the property. If you have any agricultural brokers referrals, please pass them on!
