Multifamily fourplex yielding high returns

i have a 350k dollar va preapproved loan that i want to use for a nice multifamily fourplex that yields high rents in orlando, Florida.  That pre approval may be increased if the building yields a high enough rent to pay mortgage and all expenses and has a positive cashflow.
