Looking to expand Fix/Flip Portfolio
We're in expansion mode!!! We are rehab flip investors looking for properties in the Southern California area (inland OC, Inland Empire, Riverside County, certain parts of LA and the high desert.) At this point we are looking to substantially grow our business and buy many properties a month. We would like to partner with wholesalers and realtors who may have access to Single family and/or condo's to flip. Realtors get to List anything they bring us!!! I make decisions within minutes and I have sole discretion to make any decision on acquisitions. I don't play games and close when I make a commitment to buy a property.
