Looking for JV partner to Wholesale REO property

I'm looking to start wholesaling REO properties but dont have the funds for the EMD. Looking for a partner that can fund the EMD and we can spilt profit 50/50. Properties are in the South/Central Jersey area. If you are interested, please let me know. Thanks !
