Financing for re-investment property
I am seeking an investor who will assist in financing a flip in Columbus Ohio. We are current owners of 4 rental properties, which total 9 units. 3 of those have been remodeled by our business and our working crew. We are willing to accept a higher first time percentage rate to develop an investor for this deal and continue with future deals with lower rates. We are interested in a 100% finance, but do have some skin to put in the game if 100% is not an option.
