North Kansas city/ across the river?

Question

Most of the leads and ect from turn-key people are from the South and East / West part of the city. Seems like no one does or is much interested in the area across the river? I got an interesting opinion about that area in that rents are higher, houses more expensive and renters tend to stay longer and better neighborhoods.

Would like opinions of the area as such. Any specific areas there that you might favor? Any investors involved in there?

Much like Aristotle said, it is absolutely true that you will get a better class of tenant, higher rents, and less turnover in North Kansas City, but the prices are much higher than some of the more popular areas investors frequent in the KC market.  I'm an agent familiar with the market and if you are interested I can get you information on deals in the Northland.  Reach out to me here or at 816.799.9162

I agree Dennis. We have some clients that purchase income property on the North side and it is a better area, as far as tenant class goes. But the properties are more expensive. You can buy 2 properties in Raytown or Independence for the price of one on the North side. It's a matter of what your budget is and what class you prefer. I like more B class property, so the North side is better in that sense.
