Does anyone know private construction lender in Northern CA

Hi,

can anyone recommend a private construction lender in N. CA area? I have several lots that i paid cash for and obtained building permits, but now i need construction funding for these spec homes.

Land is in LLC, and my credit score is mid 650, mostly because every hard money lender want to first run my credit and then offer me 4points fee loan at 14%int. That obviously does not work for me. So i thought i would give this a try to see if i can find a reasonbly priced lender.
