Accredited Buyers and Sellers
I recently received of list of appx 150 accredited buyers and sellers in the following categories:
Healthcare Facilities
Hotels/Motels
Industrial
Office
Retail
Diversified
Apartment Complexes.
These can be value add up to stabilized core assets, nationwide.
I have compiled an email list with direct contact info. LOL. I just dont want to say Hi! empty handed!

If you are a third party, please understand, it is really hard to get a generic NCND executed when it looks like a daisy chain. A written record (saved emails) is enough when dealing with accredited folks, and a phone call to a number in public records. Most 3rd parties that I have seen and submitted did not pass the principals' legal teams review. If they are interested, 99% of the time your seller/buyer will be in direct contact with the seller/buyer or their acquisitions/disposition authorized associates. I can say this basically because I know who they are.
My business revolves around the buck stopping with me on either side of the table. That is how I roll.
If you have SFR portfolios, I have outlets for them as well. Those relationships have already been established.
