Need an Owner Finance

Looking for a 3/2/minimum 2000 SF with a swimming pool in South/Southwest/West/Northwest Austin.  The Bee Caves/Lakeway area would be the most desirable.  Buyer needs three years before refinancing.  States they have down payment for a home in the $350K range.  I am open to all options.  Buyers will be in town on Wednesday to tour.
