So I've finally found a 4 unit in my area that I would like. I would live in one unit and rent 3. It is priced at 440k. I feel 400-420 will be sale price. The 3 rents will pay mortgage and taxes. And water garbage. My ideal situation since I can practically live for free. Now the hard part...financing! So since I sold my business 2 months ago I won't have very relavent income to show. Who can help me get this deal done smoothly. Hate to put in so much time w paperwork to not get this!

Are you units you're planning to rent out currently leased?  If so I may be able to help.  Please contact me directly for more information.

Thanks!

Heather
