Marketplace Search - New and Improved!!!

Hey BiggerPocketeers!

We are constantly looking to improve our site, and our developers came up with an even better way to search the Marketplace Forum - Filters!

Simply go to the Marketplace Forum and click 'Add a filter'

And a neat box pops up, giving you the option to filter for listings offering a property or listings searching for a property.

Let's say you are looking to purchase a residential duplex. Choose Listings that are promoting...

Then choose Properties

Next choose Residential

Then finally, choose Duplex

And Click the big green button that says 'Add Search Filter.'

The Marketplace then filters out everything that isn't offering residential duplexes for sale.

@Bill Gulley, that is for a specific search. You can always get back to the list of everything. But if you are only, at this moment, searching for SFR, then you filter out everything else to only see what you are looking for. Does that make sense?
