Residential note for sale
Hi Everyone!
I have note on single family home with acreage for sale. Note carries 12% int. for 15 yrs in the amount of $120k created in January 2015. Home sold for 140k.
Home is approximately 2000 SF on 5.22 acre valued now for more than $200k. Last year home was appraised for more than $170k.
