Seeking funding for a flip in fort myers fl.

1511 Linhart Ave fort Myers. Asking 165k for house and 50k rehab budget was estimated earlier this week. Trying to close before nov 20th. Comps come in at a high of 339k with a arv of 300k or 260 for a quick sale. Profit split is 10/90. Email in profile for pics and other details.
