JV Partner Needed For Flips in Ohio

Hi, Everyone I am an experienced flipper and Realtor. I have recently purchase many rental properties and am doing good. I wish to continue flipping. I have seen 30- 90% ROI on the deals I have done. I can find houses get the work done in 1-3 months usually.

I am Looking for a financial partner to team up with. I was hopping maybe a 50/50 Split. We would set up a LLC and do it that way. Or everything can be in your name and I can be like and a employee.

I am not looking to make monthly payments on a loan. I want a partner who shares in the profits.
