Looking to partner with private lender
I'm an active real estate investor and have several deals per month that I don't have the funds to buy. I'm looking to partner with a private investor who can tie these homes up and I can either wholesale them or rehab them.
Many hard money institutions fees make this process unprofitable. So I'm looking for a private investor who'd like to earn a steady return.
Please let me know if you're interested and would like to see a business proposal. Also please let me know of any referrals that you may have.
