17 unit for sale
Hi everyone. I have a 17 unit under contract with 25% owner financing over 5 years 4% interest. The bank fell through on financing me the rest. It is supposed to close in January. It is located in a great neighborhood with a sense of community. Each unit rents for 600. I was wondering if Anyone wanted to buy this contract from me or help me finance the other 75% nonrecource. I am selling it for 580. It brings in over 10,000 in monthly income and it is fully occupied. The link below shows the financials.
