I've started investing(rehab flips) in the Dallas market. Looking for honest wholesalers without bloated ARV's
and comps that are within couple hundred sqft
.5 mile of less away from subject property.
+/- 10 years of being built.
and enough meat on the bone for people using private money or HML.

Looking for purchase price of 150-700k.

The last wholesale deal we sold was 70% (including rent ready repairs and the assignment fee.  

There are some really good wholesalers in DFW. There are also ssome questionable characters.
