National Bulk REO Tapes
Hello all I get a bulk list of REO's every month that I am direct to the seller most units have been listed on the market or are currently on the market but I am direct to the seller and can sometimes negotiate a lower than list price. Most homes are b and c type properties but some a few diamonds in the rough type deals. I'm starting my national date base.
