Where are all the heavy hitters?

I am looking for people who do 10 million, 100 million, 500 million in real estate. Lets network asap. I am young and am already making big things happen but I want to make even bigger things happen. Lets see how we might be able to do some business.

@Austin S. probably the biggest in this area that frequents BP is @Mark Ferguson up in Greeley. I'm sure there are others but not everyone will share what is going on in their world or they don't post that frequently as they have plenty of other things to keep them busy.

If you have off market assets in Denver ranging from 10-20M I am direct with investors.

Yes. I am definetly interested in that area. There are definetly some good deals in that location. That is one of the few places I have not invested in for Colorado.

I've grown up in Fort Collins and the Northern Colorado areas. I am trying to invest as much as possible as often as possible in this area, but would love to help others get involved in this area as well. I've brokered a few deals and look to broker more. And Patrick, I mainly invest in the Denver metro area and the west side of Colorado but have definetly been looking at deals up in Fort Collins as well as down in Colorado Springs.  I am looking for anyone in any area who would like to connect though. In Colorado or outside of Colorado.
