The Monday Note - Breaking Down Assets
Lot's of investors can get a list of assets in.
There are several websites to get access to lists of assets.
The Note Depot, Watermark, and FCI Exchange are a couple of places where you can find available "deals".
I use the term "deals" loosely because if you don't know what to look for as a new investor, the list can definitely overwhelm you!
You will probably end up asking yourself...
Where do I begin?
What do I do first?
What the hell am I looking at?
