I have a property available in Midlothian, TX it is a great flip or buy and hold. I was told by the neighbors that the houses go fast in that area. There is a new house being built across the street and several remodeled. It is on a large quiet cul-de-sac with woods and pond behind the large backyard. This is a really cool bi-level house with 3 floors. It has a great game room/man cave on the lower floor with a bedroom/office and bath. This house is older and needs a complete update but could be really nice. It does have some foundations issues and we have a bid for $8500 for that. The rest is just cosmetic and I also have 2 GC's ready to get started on it.
