Offshore Admins

Life is getting more and more crazy as we have layered on new businesses over the last few years.  Our small team is pretty much at capacity and it would be very nice to offload things like:

-Answering phones

-Setting appointments

-General administrative stuff

An ideal situation would be someone that could also handle:

-Construction draw requests

-Bookeeping

-Social media campaigns

I'm open to on-shore folks too, but my guess is we'll find better candidates offshore.  Ideally they'd overlap the CST timezone as much as possible.  

Any idea on where I can find good candidates for this?
