Property is currently Vacant. Needs carpet/paint. Bathroom just needs to be cleaned. Does need a new roof.  Not the only home we've got on this street. If you're out of town I can manage rehab.

Ryan-- I am interested in learning more about opportunities in Indiana.  I am not at all familiar with the area or the various costs etc to build out my models.  Would it be possible to have a short conversation so I could get enough info to run my numbers and see if this area makes sense for me.
