Margaritaville resort, 310 rooms of upscale condo hotel of Costa are coming.
More than 500 million dollars residences are rising.
It is estimated that the number of tourists and residents of
Hollywood Beach will triple in the next few years.
HOWEVER!!! There are only two fine dining restaurants. Not a single gym, not a single pharmacy, no grocery stores, no beauty salons, no services of any kind. The demand for such basic services is huge and will only grow.
