Lead on Marquette, Iowa Property $38,000

I would like to pass off a lead I have for a sfh in Marquette, Iowa. This is a 3 bedroom house that could be nice rental or potential flip. This house is 2 blocks from the Mississippi River and I know people are looking for summer homes and easy access to the river. I can get you photos and videos of the property if you are interested.
