Hello BP,

I have a REO property in Flanders, NJ. I would like to get an estimate on. The house has a sagging floor as well as a roof leak. I am looking to do a full rehab.

Any contractors in the North New Jersey area looking for another job, and can meet me this weekend, please give me a call.
