What Makes a Contractor Great?
The service business is not about money, even though that is involved in the transactions, it must first be about relationships and how the interests of those involved can be best served. This adds value by creating other avenues of possible service that can benefit all parties involved: investors, tenants and contractors.
I believe that offering the best value is more important than the best price. That is not to say that price should not be competitive, but if I have to choose between similar services, I am always willing to pay more for better service and quality. Our pricing is standardized and not quoted differently from job to job.
When work is done on a property it should be done right. We communicate clearly and quickly when we find concerning problems and give investors the opportunity to fix them properly instead of offering services to just get a job done and get paid. We truly care about the wellbeing of your properties and your tenants.
We serve others how we would like to be served! We do this with Prompt Service, Great Communication, Excellent quality of work, and an understanding that every investment situation can be different. We can help with small jobs or large jobs, our caring commitment will be the same.
