3 of the 4 are rented, not 2 of 4.. I screwed up while listing, and can't seem to figure out how to modify it now...

Two all brick duplexes, on quiet cul de sac lot. Room for a 3rd or 4th duplex to also be added. All of the units have been updated. We can handle the property management if you need it.

$2000+ gross rents per month.
$2,253 p/year in taxes
Residents pay ALL utilities(4 separate water/gas/electric meters)

Updates Include:

3 of 4 have new furnaces.
2404 has new condenser for central air(This is the only unit with central air).
Hardwoods refinished in all 4 units
Both duplexes have new roofs in past 2 years.

Each unit has:
Washer Drier Hookups
Hardwood Floors throughout.
Linoleum or tile in kitchen and baths.

Rent Rolls available upon request!

NOTE: Because this is two duplexes on the same lot, you will need to find a special lender if you intend to leverage it. I am told not hard to find, but have not done the research. I am told you can also split the lot up pretty easily for probably under $1000. Also, insurance will be on two separate buildings(think two duplexes, not one 4 unit).
