New wholesaler looking to provide value
I am looking to partner with an experience wholesaler in the Sacramento area. I have been wholesaling for six months now. I am targeting NOD/NOS with letters and daily door knocking. I have not been able to find a deal yet. I would like to partner with someone that has closed deals. I would like to provide value by door knocking/sending letters for you in return for the opportunity to see a wholesale deal go all the way through. I am not asking for any part of your deal.
