Wholesale Deal - Cash Buyer needed.  Property is under contract which was originally for a fix and flip but some of our funding did not come in for the purchase.  Now we need to wholesale this deal quickly - escrow closing date originally scheduled for April 13th.

The ernest money deposit required is $5,000.
