This 3/1 duplex is in a very quiet residential area of Milwaukee just across the boarder from Wauwatosa. We have had the same tenants in both units for 3 years. It has a 2 car detached garage. the roof was done in 2005. the furnaces and hot water heaters were replaced in 2011. both units were updated prior to the current occupants moving in. landlord pays the water bill. tenants shovel snow and cut the lawn as well as pay their own utilities.
