Built in 1946, 2980 Total sq feet per city record, sq feet per unit is estimated. Lot is 17,273 sf, Frame with Stucco, Rental Income $2425.

Walking distance to a park and to a K-8 Elementary School and not far from a High School. This 4-plex has only had about 1 week vacancy in the last 5 years! All tenants have been there between 5 and 8 years and have become a small community. They are all month to month. No repairs needed at this time, all units are in good condition. All units have had some remodeling done at some point with mostly tile floors and some carpet in bedrooms. A patio roof was recently added on the West Side for additional shade. The main roof is 3-4 years old. There is plenty of parking in the back.
