Will love to Shadow someone buying a MFH or Multiunit

Hi I reside in the the Dmv and would like the opportunity to shadow someone purchasing/inspecting a MFH or Duplex, Triplex of Large MultiUnit.  I would eventually like to invest in a small multi unit before the ending of August and would like to obtain the hands on experience with an investor with a track record.  I am motivated,  energetic and willing to learn.  I would also like the opportunity to shadow someone at a Housing auctions.  For years auctions fascinated me but I have never attended on in person.  Let me know if you are willing to train a first time investor.
