I am Richard Bond and I have a house under contract in south Austin. I plan to Flip the property. The ARV is 280K and the Acquisition price is 185K. I have a hard money Loan that covers 90% of acquisition and 90% of rehab costs. Closing date is this Thursday May 26th. Contractors are ready to start on June 2nd. The rehab cost estimate is 30K.
